We go by named neighborhood — the Japan of Sainte-Anne (the 1st's 'Little Tokyo'), the Korean 15th / petit Séoul (Beaugrenelle–Commerce), Chinatown (13th), the Marais, Montmartre, Canal Saint-Martin… — rather than by plain arrondissement number.
