Paris’s Korean and Japanese hub. Ace Mart (63 rue Sainte-Anne): the biggest Korean grocery, open daily 10am–7pm. K-Mart (6–8 rue Sainte-Anne), steps from métro Pyramides. Kimchi, ramyeon, sauces, snacks and fresh products.

K-beauty.

For Korean skincare, Korean Cosmetics (42 rue Sainte-Anne, 2nd) and, in the 13th, Eonni (48–50 avenue d'Italie) — open Monday to Saturday. Handy to top up your routine without waiting until you’re back.

Eating Korean.

The area is full of Korean restaurants (BBQ, bibimbap, tteokbokki). The 13th and Belleville also have great spots (see our food guide).

The JARI community is THE resource for the best current Korean addresses (restaurants, salons, events). On rue Sainte-Anne, come on a weekday to avoid the lunch queue, and combine it with a visit to the nearby Louvre.
