Run by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, France Excellence Eiffel is the flagship scholarship for international master's and PhD students.

• Amount: 1,200 €/month for master's, 2,100 €/month for PhD (from 2026) + transport, insurance, housing help.
• Age: up to 29 for master's, up to 35 for PhD.
• Application through your institution → Campus France deadline usually early January.
• Franco-foreign dual nationals are not eligible.
