Mandoobar

Before coming to Paris, Chef Kim Kwang-Loc ran the restaurant Taepyonso in Seoul. Here, he does only two things: mandu—seven varieties—and tartares. He works behind the counter in a room with about fifteen seats. Michelin-starred and named best "delight bar" by Le Fooding in 2015. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
