Creating an account requires a minimum age. Below that age, an account cannot be opened.
Fields that must be completed before publication
Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for the content you post. You keep ownership of it and grant JARI a licence to display it on the service.
JARI is not a party to transactions between users and does not take part in their performance.
Pros are responsible for their qualifications and activity.
Any content can be reported through the report page or by email. Reports are handled as quickly as possible and may lead to content removal, a warning or account suspension. If you disagree with a moderation decision, you may request a review through the contact page within 30 days of notification; a reasoned reply will be sent to you.
Report contentLiability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
You may terminate at any time and without reason by requesting deletion of your account through the contact page; requests are handled within one month. The publisher may suspend or delete an account for serious breaches of these terms, after prior notice, and without notice in cases of fraud or hate speech. If the service is discontinued entirely, at least 30 days' notice is published.
These terms may change. Any substantial change is announced on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect; continued use after that period counts as acceptance. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
JARI may change or discontinue the service.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first through the contact page. Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction, and consumers may bring proceedings where they live.
