Lease basics

Leases are usually 3 years (unfurnished) or 1 year (furnished); a 9-month student lease also exists.

Required documents

  • Last 3 payslips or student card
  • Guarantor documents
  • RIB
  • ID

Things to watch out for

  • Any transfer before visiting is a red flag.
